**This is a 7 hour course, however, only 4 hours of CE will be awarded.**

APR 202: This course primarily focuses on advanced topics related to the classification and valuation of personal property. Topics will cover current issues and trends in personal property assessment including renewable energy, marijuana-related property, measuring economic obsolescence, short-term rental properties, CEA facilities, and other topics related to personal property. While this course focuses primarily on personal property issues, the course also discusses numerous issues related to real property appraisal and general appraisal theory.
