APR113: In this one-day course students will become familiar with the legal framework creating common interest ownership properties by examining Colorado statutes, relevant court decisions, Division policies and procedures, and special topics, including: the assessment of development rights, conversions, valuing common elements, condo-hotels, timeshares, and construction defects.
