Returning by popular demand! We will be returning to the basics in 2025 and deal with the most volatile sectors of the commercial real estate market at present – the Office and Retail markets. While we have all experienced the volatility since the pandemic the real question on everyone’s mind is whether this time period is the “new normal” or just another cycle to weather. Richard Wobbekind, Associate Dean and Senior Economist of the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business (a key leader of the Colorado Business Outlook and Quarterly Confidence Index) will keynote the morning. He will share with us what their research is forecasting as we begin the TY 2025 appeals and gather data for the next re-appraisal. We will also devote a portion of the morning to Important Commercial Cases decisions from the BAA and the Courts and provide a digital handout of the cases for you to keep on file.
