APR 405: The Presenting Your Best Ag Case Workshop will give appraisers practical methods for data gathering and presentation for appeals involving properties claiming agricultural property valuation.  Participants will review applicable statutes and discuss the five methods for qualifying for agricultural valuation.  They will learn how best to identify and document agricultural activities (or the lack thereof), and will become familiar with agricultural terminology.  Students will gain confidence in identifying critical facts and in presenting them to appeal venues.
