ADM 944: This class gives the county appraiser a basic understanding of the expert witness process. The workshop assists county appraisers in becoming aware of the three main functions of testifying before the county board of equalization, the Board of Assessment Appeals, district court, or at arbitration hearings. The course concludes with a review of court case law pertinent to property tax appeals.
