APR 020: This Vacant Land Valuation Workshop will give appraisers on overview of appraising vacant land properties. Participants will discuss the three approaches to value and how they are used to value vacant land. Students will gain confidence in identifying data sources and recognize special valuation issues, such as market conditions and time-trending adjustments.
