APR 607: This 7-hour continuing education course is developed by the Appraiser Qualifications Board and instructed by AQB nationally certified USPAP instructors. Historically, this course covered changes made to the current version of USPAP. Since the 2024 USPAP version remains effective in 2026, the objective of this course is to lead students into a deeper dive of the application of USPAP and the GRM, focusing on key definitions in the morning session and eight (8) case studies in the afternoon session. Required course materials are accessed through The Appraisal Foundation and include the electronic version of the USPAP/GRM publication and the Student Manual.
Disclaimer: Enrollment in Division courses is restricted to county assessors and their staff.
