We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 CATA Annual Conference! Each year, CATA brings together Colorado’s ad valorem appraisal professionals to engage in high-quality education, professional development, and networking. This year’s event will be held in beautiful Breckenridge at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center — a full-service mountain resort perfect for learning and connection.
Registration for the 2026 CATA Conference is now open! The conference will be held Aug. 17-20, 2026 at the Beaver Run Resort in Breckenridge.

A Message from the CATA President
Before you begin registration, we invite you to read a Letter from the CATA President for important information about this year’s conference.
Conference Schedule
This year’s conference runs Monday through Thursday, August 17–20, and will feature:
- Full-day and half-day Education Courses
- Networking Events, including Monday night’s Social Hour and the Tuesday night business meeting and banquet
- Continental breakfast on Monday and Thursday morning
- Hot breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday morning
The conference registration fee is $145, which includes breakfast each morning, Tuesday night’s banquet, and the $25 annual CATA membership dues.

2026 CATA Conference – Lodging Information – Beaver Run Resort
Reservations: Individuals can make reservations at any time by calling 1-800-525-2253 and referencing CATA 2026, or by using the group code 1050OX.
Members may also visit Beaver Run’s website to register online.
To receive the group discounted rates, please make your reservations by Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
Overnight parking is $15 per night. Daytime parking is free in designated lots.

The rates listed above do not include the following: 12.275% sales tax and a 6.0% resort lodging fee, subject to change. Please note that if you are tax-exempt, the 6.0% resort lodging fee and service fee still apply.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations made more than seventy-two (72) hours before scheduled arrival, the member will be charged a processing fee of Forty-Nine Dollars ($49) per reservation. For cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of scheduled arrival, the member will be charged for one night’s lodging, including room and tax. No-shows, early departures, and/or late arrivals are non-refundable.
Tax Exempt Status: To receive tax-exempt status, the tax-exempt certificate and tax-exempt affidavit must be received 30 days prior to group arrival. Individuals responsible for their own accommodations will need to present a copy of their tax-exempt certificate upon arrival and pay with a company check or credit card.
