About This Course

ADM 915: This half-day workshop provides information to familiarize students with the basic understanding of the assessors’ role in working with Tax Increment Financing. The student will understand the basics of creating and tracking the base property value, increment value, and a general reassessment value. Students will learn procedures to understand and apply the annual 9-step base and increment calculation procedure with the instructor using a three-year case study.
