APR 112: Bed & Breakfast Valuation: This workshop provides an introduction to the appraisal and assessment of bed and breakfast properties. This workshop is designed for appraisers with a current Colorado appraisal license. This workshop covers the basic history, discovery sources, definitions, classification, and valuation issues as they relate to the appraisal of bed and breakfast operations in Colorado.
