This introductory course teaches appraisers how to use ChatGPT and other AI tools in a practical and responsible way. Participants learn how the technology works, how to use it to assist with report narratives, market commentary, and communication tasks, and how to incorporate it into their workflow both in the office and in the field. The course also addresses confidentiality, USPAP considerations, and ethical use of AI.
