Mass Appraisal Analysis and Benchmarks Overview

Purpose of this workshop is to provide some guidance and suggestions on the process of performing a mass appraisal on a jurisdiction’s properties. It will also include a review of USPAP Standard 6, developing a scope of work, the mass appraisal process, sales validation, why sales chasing should never be used in the appraisal process, how to use benchmarking in the mass appraisal process and the use of trending techniques.
