The Property Measurement course focuses primarily on single family residential along with an introduction to multi-family residential and commercial properties. Time will be spent reviewing the Gross Living Area as a common unit of comparison, Net Rentable Area, Usable Area and Common Area Factors. Students will also work on several measurement exercises.
