APR 580: The workshop participants review and discuss basic assessment statistics, the State Board of Equalization (SBOE) statistical requirements, and the four recognized time trending techniques. Case studies with county data are used to illustrate the application of the paired sales, resale, sales ratio trend, and multiple regression analyses to account for potential time adjustments in the valuation of real property.
