We’re excited to welcome you to the 2025 CATA Annual Conference! Each year, CATA brings together Colorado’s ad valorem appraisal professionals to engage in high-quality education, professional development, and networking. This year’s event will be held in beautiful Breckenridge at the Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center — a full-service mountain resort perfect for learning and connection.

Lodging Information

Special rates are available for CATA attendees at Beaver Run Resort. Be sure to book early — discounted lodging is only available through Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Overnight parking is available for $15 per night. Daytime parking is available in designated lots.

Conference Schedule

This year’s conference runs Monday through Thursday, August 18–21, and will feature:

• Full-day and half-day Education Courses
• Networking Events, including Monday’s nights Social Hour and the Tuesday night business meeting and banquet
• Continental breakfast on Monday and Thursday morning
• Hot breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday morning
